Do you photograph in a studio or outdoors?
I am a natural light photographer and do almost all of my work outdoors. In-home shoots using natural window light is an option as well.
Lighting is so important in capturing your best story. We can discuss location and more tips on lighting once you book your session!
Where are you based and do you travel?
I am based in the Cedar Rapids area. I will travel just about anywhere, just ask and we can discuss your vision!
What do I wear?
Getting your photos taken can feel overwhelming, but I can help with the styling part!
Once I get your questionnaire back I will send you my Styling Guide to help ease some of the pressure you may be feeling.
Ultimately, wear what you feel comfortable and confident in! Everyone has a 'style', it's whatever you make it.
What's your editing style?
True to life tones, bright with a touch of warmth. Documentary and candid style to deliver a gallery that has variety and depth.
How many pictures will we receive?
This depends on what type of session you book. You have printing rights with any session/package you book and receive images via an online gallery.
When will we get our photos?
Sneak peeks are my thing! So expect to see sneaks within 24-48 hours!
Full gallery delivery for most sessions 1-3 weeks season depending.
Weddings 4-6 weeks
Can i bring my furry friend?
Always! I have some tips to [hopefully] make your four-legged-friend 'behave' a little better so we get a good shot of his/her good side too ;)
